BackPacks to School – sponsored by First Assembly of God – August 18, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Lemon Park
Backpacks (while they last), free haircuts for kids, free food (while it lasts), superheroes and inflatables! The church welcomes donations of items (school supplies) for the backpacks or money for purchasing items. For more information or to give donations, contact the church at 672-2384.

You do not need to spend a fortune to market your business.  Learn ideas for networking, public speaking, on-line and off-line coupons, sponsorships, improving business appearance, holiday promotions, offering services, and more.

 Health Insurance Marketplace – A Series of Educational Sessions
The Pratt Public Library and Pratt Regional Medical Center invite you to attend a series of educational sessions to learn about and access the new Health Insurance Marketplace, which was created as a result of the Affordable Care Act.

All sessions will be at Pratt Public Library at 7:00 p.m.

v      August 22nd– Overview of the Affordable Care Act

v      September 12th– Healthcare.gov Marketplace

v      September 26th– Demonstration of Website

 Community Choir-Offered Through PCC Monday Nights 6-8 p.m., Starting August 26th    – Room 42 in the Benson Education Center at PCC.

The Group is open for anyone in the community over the age of 16.  Along with getting together to sing on Mondays, the group will perform at least four times during the year at the fall concert, the Christmas concert, the county-wide concert and at the end of the year concert.  Participants do not need to audition or be enrolled in a class. For more information, contact [email protected]
